Pliskove Privacy Policy

Pliskove is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.

1) What Pliskove Does

Pliskove transforms your creativity into stunning bead art patterns. Capture or import images and adjust settings with precision to create designs tailored to your vision. Choose from various color palettes, customize pixelation, and fine-tune your projects. Pliskove offers detailed output including pixel grids, color distribution statistics, and material inventory lists.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission.

2.1 Information You Provide

Account information: name, username, and email address.
Customer support: information you include in support requests or communications (including attachments, if any).
Content you choose to provide: such as images you capture/import and settings you select.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device information: device model, operating system version, language, timezone, identifiers (as permitted by your device settings), and app version.
Usage data and analytics: interactions with features, session duration, settings usage, and performance data.
Crash and diagnostics logs: crash reports and technical logs used to diagnose and fix issues.

2.3 Location (With Your Permission)

If you enable location permissions, we may collect precise or approximate location. You can allow or deny location access at any time through your device settings.

2.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

If any parts of the Services are delivered through web-based components (for example, account login or preferences in a web view), we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, help secure sessions, prevent fraud, and understand basic usage of those web components.

3) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information

No facial recognition / biometrics: Pliskove does not perform facial recognition and does not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information (such as faceprints).
Photo handling: by default, images you use to generate patterns are processed locally on your device when possible.
Optional server processing: if you choose to upload an image or text to our servers for processing, that content is processed on Pliskove’s own servers and is not shared with any third party.
One-time processing and deletion: uploaded images/text are used only to complete your requested processing and are deleted promptly after processing is completed, unless a longer retention is required for security, legal compliance, or troubleshooting.
No training/marketing: we do not use your uploaded images or text to train third-party models, build marketing profiles, or for targeted advertising.
Your control: you decide whether to upload content for processing.

4) How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide and maintain the Services (including account creation, authentication, and generating patterns).
Personalize and improve your experience (such as saving preferences and remembering settings).
Improve product quality (including debugging, analytics, and feature development).
Protect security and integrity (fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and enforcing our terms).
Provide customer support and respond to requests.
Comply with legal obligations and protect rights.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only as necessary and in a limited manner:

With your consent.
With service providers (processors) who help operate the Services and must protect data.
For legal reasons (to comply with applicable laws and lawful requests).
To protect rights and safety (including fraud and security incidents).

We do not share your uploaded images/text with third parties for their own purposes.

6) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

7) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption (where appropriate), access controls, periodic audits, monitoring, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Data Retention

We retain information as follows (unless a longer period is required by law or needed for disputes/security):

Account data: for the life of your account.
After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days, subject to legal and security needs.
Usage/analytics data: up to 12 months.
Support communications: up to 6 months.
Uploaded images/text for optional server processing: deleted promptly after processing is completed, subject to limited security/legal/troubleshooting needs.

9) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/oppose certain processing, and withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).

10) Children and Teen Privacy (17+)

The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older. If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the Effective Date above when changes take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.

12) Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to privacy will be handled as described in the Pliskove Terms of Use (including binding arbitration), except where prohibited by law.
